Overview of Role:
- The Account Director will own and lead the overall client relationship, the strategic direction of the engagement, and the delivery of scope on the client.
- In addition, the Account Director will be responsible for the client-specific account team across Account Services, Project Management, Delivery and Operations, and Data and Analytics, leading our teams to provide the client with long-term, strategic value, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drives the overall client engagement, delivering performance and best-in-class services, and building the long-term partnership
- Ensure working together optimally to foster the growth of each other's businesses
- Actively consult and provide clients with ongoing strategic recommendations to help support their business, sharing expertise, knowledge, and capabilities
- Continuously manage and set both internal and external expectations
- Monitor and track client's performance objectives for all their existing initiatives to ensure program goals are being met/exceeded
- Lead the client account team across Account Services and Project Management, Delivery and Operations, and Data and Analytics to ensure delivery against scope and requirements
Skills, Capabilities and Qualities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7-9 years of experience in marketing, client services or strategy fields
- Excellent client management, expectation management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional at problem-solving, analytical skills and business understanding.
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills and great at articulating your thoughts and presenting a clear well-defined structure
- Background in CRM, Marketing Automation, and/or Data, Tech and Analytics
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing, grammatical and proofing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships and tasks simultaneously
- Extreme attention to detail
- General familiarity of Internet applications and technologies in order to best exploit the capabilities of our products and services
- Experience in web-related production
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Managerial experience is a plus
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City
- Speaks fluent Vietnamese and English
