RESPOSIBILITIES:
Receive mail from suppliers and customers.
Track invoice details by excel file.
Scan documents and upload them to DMS system
Work with IT department to fix upload errors if any.
Answer questions related to receiving invoices and documents.
Some other related work.
Working time: Monday - Friday | Office hours
REQUIREMENTS:
Experienced in Admin task and having Accounting background.
Graduated from College / University.
Fluent in English (writing, communication, reading).
