Job Description:

· Answering calls and providing information on products and services in a professional manner

· Handling complaints and resolving any issues that may arise during calls

· Responding inquiries through e-mails and social media

Job Specifications:

· Fresh Graduates with Vocational or Bachelor Degree in any related field

· Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word)

· Typing skill in both English and local languages (Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahama Melayu)

· Strong communication skill both verbal and written.

· Good command in English and native in local languages (Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia, or Bahama Melayu)

· Service mind, pleasant voice with ability to work under pressure.

· Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday and work 24*7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with no fixed week offs
