Responsibilities:
- In charge of all financial operations, with all Accounting & Finance functions reporting directly to this position
- Responsible for all accounting and reporting, procedures, and internal controls of the Department
- In charge of Managerial Accounting & Financial Accounting management and reporting
- Collaborate in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Evaluate the profitability of internal and external investments to assist CEO in making strategic decisions based on balancing business demands
- Participate in building, monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
- Play a key role in the M&A process to support CEO and shareholders to evaluate and manage M&A operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to accelerate growth and innovation
Requirements:
- Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in Tech companies with platform business model
- Have experience in managing a team of 20 headcounts and above
- Have knowledge in digitalizing financial and accounting activities
- Have solid knowledge in M&A
- Have knowledge in developing subordinates, builing processes
- Manage operation budget excellently and proficiently
- Have a in-depth knowledge in risk management
- Be able to work effectively and drive to achieve business targets in a VUCA environment
- Have a strong critical thinking
- Have a solid skill in analysis and problem-solving.
