MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize customer support, timely data entry, review of existing software adoption customers.
- To provide administrative, training and data entry support to multiple engineering resources which includes & not limited to:
- Technical Operation support for customers including onboarding, training, workshops/clinic & Teams Configuration/Setup Guidance
- Support, Planning and coordinating execution excellence and join-activities
- Regular cadence with customers and work closely with Engineering PMs on follow-ups
- Data entry and track the key Teams deployment/adoption supports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, preferable in IT related-field
- 5+ years working as IT support or Customer Service in IT field
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English to support customers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
- Being detail oriented and timely to follow through will be essential tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
- Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address issues as they arise
