Degree requirement: Bachelor degree or above

General requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in full-time university, science and engineering major is preferred

2. Familiar with the manufacturing process of electronic products, with more than 10 years of on-site management experience with a scale of more than 2,000 people, and more than 3 years of manufacturing manager management experience

3. Excellent inter-departmental communication and coordination skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong logical thinking, and a sense of responsibility

4. Experience in lean production is preferred, with a strong sense of cost

5. Sufficient power, strong decision-making and driving force

6. Ability to use office software proficiently and sensitive to data

7. Be upright, have a good working attitude, be practical, positive and full of positive energy

8. Fluent Chinese, Vietnamese and English reading, writing and speaking skills (required conditions)

Responsibility:

1. Perform production tasks according to the production plan to ensure delivery

2. Develop annual and monthly operation index plans based on annual operation goals

3. 5S management on the production site

4. Team building and performance appraisal

5. Promote lean production and effectively control costs

6. Improve the quality awareness of all employees and improve customer satisfaction

7. Abnormal handling and risk identification in the production process

8. Human resources management

9. Environmental safety and information security management
