Responsibilities
Short-term: focused approach
- Help company build connection with local companies in Hanoi and Northern region – initiate first meeting and manage follow-up touch points
- Source Corporate Bond Issuance Advisory mandate and assist in contract negotiation
- Bonus point, if possible: Source potential investors for corporate bond issuance that IB advises on (bookbuilding/primary market), or buyers for corporate bond investments made (secondary market)
Long-term: all rounder
- Help company build connection with local companies across Vietnam
- Source deals for all products to corporate clients – corporate bond issuance, M&A, trading services
Qualification
- 7-10 years of Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales experience in Corporate Banking or Securities (with a focus on corporate bond)
- Wide existing client network
- Intermediate English (to engage with CEO and foreign investors/partners)
