Job Description
- Assign tasks, instruct, review and hold full responsibility for the quality of the legal-related works of Legal Compliance & Risk Management department
- Establish and measure the company's risk and ensure risk approach adheres accordingly
- Review policy terms of contract & Insurance policy
- Legal compliance and annual legal compliance plan
- Participate in regular meetings and provide risk-related information to BOD
- Work closely with related departments to understand the business requirement
- Review and management of public information release
- AML and Agency Quality
The most difficult / challenging part of the job:
- Ensure relate works of company compliance with local laws and international laws across jurisdictions
Professional Knowledge:
- Good knowledge about law, especially life insurance law
Minimum Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above with major in law
- Experience: 7 - 8 years’ experience in Law field; at least 2 year experience as Head of LR, Insurance experience is preferred
- Language: Excellent in English communication skills, knowing Chinese is preferred
