Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for:
- Plan the development strategy for the risk management division in a short time and within a short time and building a risk management platform for the bank according to good and advanced processes.
- Develop policy regulations, implementing and monitoring the implementation to ensure risk reduction of the whole system.
- Daily risk management of the bank to ensure business goals, gain profit and develop the song of risk management of the bank and business units during the development and expansion of the bank.

Key Accountabilities

1. Coordinate with the Chief Risk Officer to develop a risk strategy for the bank based on the bank's general strategy and discuss with business units, and strategic and consulting partners.
2. Together with the Chief Risk Officer, build risk management platforms for banks that are increasingly close to the best practices of the market and the world.
3. Resource management (developing a staffing plan, coordinating human resources, training and developing the next team, building a development roadmap for employees, building a mechanism for assignment, recognition and evaluation. work efficiency of employees….) in the division, ensuring maintaining adequate and quality resources.
4. Develop budget according to the year's operation plan, manage the block's operating budget according to the approved limit.

Key Accountabilities

5. Develop and implement the operation plan of the division according to the operation orientation of the bank.
6. Direct the development of policies, regulations, processes, and guidelines on the operations of the division serving business activities of the bank.
7. Perform the daily management of the bank's risk monitoring system (credit, market, and operational risks) and propose to the Divisional Director and the Executive Board measures to manage and minimize risks ro when needed.
8. Perform other related tasks at the request of the Division Director, General Director and relevant committees of the Board of Directors.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Work Experience:
- At least 14 years of experience in banking and finance and at least 10 years of experience in a management position.
- Understanding Bank system
- Understanding the company's products/services
- Understanding the rules/operating processes in the unit
Qualifications:
- University graduate in finance, economics, related science.
- Foreign language (English): Level 3 (650-699 TOEIC or equivalent
