Job Description
● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company culture and business strategy
● Managing the recruitment and selection process: Recruiting, training, motivating and retaining manpower in accordance to growth requirements of manpower plan
● Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process. Host in-house recruitment events, organize learning and development programs
● Being creative in doing internal & external events that align with the company culture
● Being creative for improving company branding, developing the branding via multiple Platforms
● Managing C&B processes: social insurance, health insurance, contracts and other paperwork
● Advising the Board on HR strategy, personnel structure to ensure the development of the company
● Consulting, proposing, developing systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment
● Overseeing the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as well as ensuring employee job satisfaction
● Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of company’s operations
● Nurturing a positive, energetic and professional working environment
● Managing and controlling activities to build up and maintain teamwork spirit
● Serving as the point of contact for employment relations to promote a fair and transparent working environment
● Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Job Requirements:
● At least 5 years of experience in HR field, HR Generalist, HRBP of the company with 500 employees and above; in which 3 years of experience in management level
● Background in Tech company with international culture and mindset
● Experience in mass recruitment under high pressure (eg: 100 people/ month)
● Experience in doing hiring in the Gaming industry
● Experience in building and developing Employer Branding
● Solid understanding of labor legislation
● Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility
● Be able to work independently as well as teamwork
● Ability to foster healthy employee relations
● Good planning, time and project management skills.
● High problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills
● Be able to work in a multicultural / multinational environment
● Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills
● Excellent command of English (reading/writing/listening/speaking), must be able to work with native English speakers
● Good skills in MS office, Google Suite
● Cultural skills – understands business issues and cultural differences
