Job Description:

·       HR Part has 3 person (Not including HR manager)

·       Management of overall HR and organization management

·       Managing and improving HR system

·       HR standard management and HR system design

·       Payroll management and improvement

·       Recruitment

·       Training system establishment

·       Operation of evaluation and promotion system

·       Promotion of organizational culture activities

·       Work related to ER

·       Other tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Over 7 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)

·       Strong in all field of HR (HRM, HRD, ER)

·       Overall HR practice and management experience including HR system, evaluation, promotion, salary system, and recruitment

·       Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy

·       Various networking in HR field

·       Good at communication and negotiation skill

·       Proficiency in English
