Location: Hanoi
*Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs (for Engineer, professional level and above);
- Mastering hiring process to provide the qualified labor-force to meet the demand of business, incl. seeking for labor-resources (labor market, colleges, headhunt services, public postings,..) and involving interview process to select right person;
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
- Proposing optimal channels/ method for engineer recruitment, enhancing recruiting capabilities of company;
- Be responsible of managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs of the Plant. Facilitate activities of training such as Orientation to newcomers, soft-skills, technical, and online training courses... as the coordinator;
- Communicating with Managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals;
- Joining in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding.
*Requirements:
- Education: College graduation, BS degree or Higher (major: Administration, Human resource, Language, Teaching)
- Work Experience:

- Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience, prefer more than 5 years
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Others:

- Excellent English and Vietnamese skills
- Presentation making and public speaking skills
- High level of energy and ability to handle various affairs in emergency
- Good at office skill (excel, power point...)
