JOB DESCRIPTION

- Represent Company as required in participating in legal proceedings, legal matters, civil matters
- Work with local and central State Agencies, Police... regarding the Company's activities
- Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department ect)
- Propose legal advice, consult for company's activities and requests
- Update new legal documents, prepare reviews of company procedures in different fields
- Other related jobs under requests of company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor/ Regular law University graduate, majored in Law/ legal
- Having lawyer certificate and lawyer card
- Good command of English
- At least 3-year experience in legal field practising at law-practising organizations and enterprises
- Having experience in working with State Agencies
- Expertise in general legal knowledge
- Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment
- Good skills in reasoning, analyzing, problem-solving
