Develop local marketing strategy and insights, to acquire and retain target customers and drivers, and to increase order volume and density in the Country and report directly to city director.
Lead, manage and develop marketing campaigns with an aim to acquire both drivers and users
Possess unique insights of the local market and devise campaigns accordingly
Experience working in an ROI-driven organization, and track record of working with data and implementing marketing strategies to drive impact
Ability to plan, organize, schedule, budget, and project manage across multiple teams
Ability to engage in verbal, written & visual communications internally & externally across region
Ability to develop & execute marketing strategy based on sound understanding of target customers and market data
Analytical knowledge, being able to interpret written, visual and verbal communications.
Good writing ability. You will be required to churn contents for blog posts and social media updates.
Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to talk to people within all levels of an organisation using different media platforms.
