Job Summary:
- Receive orders and requests from departments or sites
- Join in training to have a deep understanding about handling products
- Work with HK, US, EU office
- Contact to get actual sample from Clients
- Sourcing qualified materials
- Working with Sales department to do costing
- Follow up with production for sampling
- Approve the sample or send to PIC, Program leader for approval
- Set item info, material code in PDS & AX system
- Support relative department to solve issues come from OP, sales, CS
- Training, visit supplier, visit customer, meeting
- Support for team members, maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process
- Giving ideas for improving job handling
- Customers, suppliers visiting
- Project follow up (if any)
- Organize the jobs of team members in order to perform well as company's target
- Sourcing & developing suppliers
- Audit & Evaluation suppliers
Job requirements:
- Have at least 4-5 years of experience and knowledge about label/garment/ printing
- Writing and communicate in English well, Chinese will be your advantage
- Office software using, able to use design software is an advantage
- Patient, careful, active, teamwork and foresee issues to avoid
