Location: Hanoi
*Responsibilities:
- Proactively scopes the technical solutions needed to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, product department, support team, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported.
- Provides coaching and professional training to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
*Requirements:
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
- At least 2 years’ experience in CCTV/enterprise network related industry, have experience in leading large projects;
- Good communication skills. Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues.
- Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
- Candidates who speak English and Chinese are preferred
