- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will serve as a member of the senior executive team. The CFO will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the organization’s overall execution of all the finance activities, initiatives & strategies including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Project Finance, M&A Investment, Fund Raising plans, Capital Structure or IPO Projects, etc.
- CFO will provide innovative and strategic leadership to the company in areas of Finance & Accounting. Ensuring appropriate usage of cash flow for the business operations.
- This position requires a hands-on leader who will roll up their sleeves, set the pace and lead by example. In addition to chief oversight of finance, the CFO will come alongside the CEO to lead the company.
- CFO will institute and promote the company’s vision and core values while ensuring complete alignment with the CEO
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, with minimum 12+ years of relevant experience. Proven track record within real estate industry experience within Investment Management, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
- Successful fund raising deals, wide relationship with investors, banks, financial institutions
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Proven leadership track record; able to work independently and a strong team player.
- Strong exposure towards data analysis and forecasting methods.
