- Develop business strategies for sales, marketing to achieve sales, profit target and increase the market growth
- Establish a yearly sales plan for Vietnam and assure completion/achievement of the plan
- Produce business performance reports which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training
2. What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor/Master degree or above with major in economics, commerce, business administration.
- At least 3-5 years at a similar position in International working environment or leading local developers
- Proven track sales records for large scale projects from Residential, Commercial, Mix-Used Real Estate
- Experienced to formulate, implement and manage sales plans, programs and policies
