- Develop and maintain direct sales in the assigned area as per given target, develop customer base in assigned area and maintain low outstanding payment.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of all fluids and system products sold and serviced by the company.
- Provides technical assistance to and training for customers in the selection, application and maintenance of the products.
- Increase sales through effective marketing sales and service of the company products and proper management activities.
- Maintain frequent and complete communication with Sales Supervisor/Manager, regional offices, corporate office as appropriate including technical communications with the laboratory, production, and marketing and other support departments.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in the overall development in assigned area, including target account selection and development, maintaining contact and good relation with machine tools builders, tool manufacturers, and other machining related companies that necessary.
- Complies with the company’s policies in respect to travel, expenses and all reporting functions.
- Bachelor degree and a minimum of two years experiences in manufacturing industry related sales and marketing.
- Metalworking fluid sales experiences preferred.
- Decision-making, and planning and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented yet able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Possess a positive, can-do, make-things-happen attitude.
- Able to think strategically and ‘out-of-box’ to solve problems, grow the business or drive change.
- Customer-oriented and possess strong negotiation, influencing and selling skills.
- Proven ability to research territory and qualify new key customer targets
- Computer literate
- Strong ethical and moral standards
- Able to communicate in English.
- This position requires frequent travel.
