​RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales force effectiveness (40%)

  1. Sales Incentive (For both internal & External)

  • Providing sales incentive payout analysis to align with the company (Applicable for internal employee)

  • Providing sales incentive payout monthly / quarterly for our Sub-Distributor ( following contract agreement)

  1. Target Setting

  • Providing data based on business requirements

  1. Sales forecast

  • Coordinating with sales and marketing team to provide sales forecast every month for monitoring and gap analysis

  • Sales Admin Support

  • Primary point of contact for logistic coordinator

Veeva CRM & SFA (30%)

  • Providing ongoing user support and address system issues

  • Capturing enhancement requests from field users and follow-up

  • Managing CRM database by data sanity checking and master data maintenance and cleansing

  • Understanding system and process by providing clear communication to end users by:

Reporting & Analysis (30%)

  • Developing and leveraging sales analysis to help shape commercial strategy and execution of field activities

  • Supporting BI solution to provide accurate sales performance reports / dashboards for self-monitoring by reps and managers monitoring and assessing relevant commercial key performance indicators and sales forecast models

  • Providing high quality of sales analysis reports to sales, marketing and management team e.g. sub-distributor sales report, tender analysis report

  • Tracking sales force performance, driving corrective actions for relevant KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Veeva CRM / reporting / salesforce effectiveness tasks and operations within a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare company is a must

  • Excellent project management skills; Proficient in MS Excel (Advance level)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Demonstrated high level of communication, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience working with various Commercial Business units and with internal clients/stakeholders across seniority levels
