SALES MANAGER

Main responsibilities:
1. Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
2. Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
3. Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents.
4. Develop new customers and new business models for international freight forwarding business.
5. Communicate and cooperate with other business departments to implement sales plan.
6. Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential Clients.
7. Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem.

8. Obtain and share market information to the team.
9. Make plan and lead sales team to complete the task from Director, report to director weekly/monthly
10. Manage the sales team and sales process from start to finish through.
11. Accurate monthly / quarterly forecast and revenue distribution
12. Complete the tasks assigned by the director.

Requirement:

- Solid understanding of the principles of forwarding & logistics
- Excellent communications & commercial skills in both English & Vietnamese
- Well developed people management skills; ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
- Excellent business development, marketing and selling experience and record
- Creative and innovative in designing and selling solutions
- 3-5 years in sales experience and management
