RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage many types of leave (annual leave, off in lieu, maternity/paternity leave, no pay leave, compassionate leave…), overtime report and other welfare. Calculate and proceed monthly salary, allowance, bonus, incentive… for employees and collaborators.
  • Guidance on personnel procedures for new employees/employees who are working and leaving. Manage employee profile, labor contract, salary adjustment decisions, other salary papers, …
  • PIT: Register/Update/Adjust information related to PIT code, dependents deduction, monthly PIT report with related issues. Ensure accuracy on annual PIT finalization, PIT receipts. Support employees with self-settlement of personal income tax. Coordinate with the Audit team if needed. Prepare documents, receive and be the focal point to work with tax authorities on personal income tax.
  • Control Social Insurance data processed. Provide guidelines for employees about VssID. Process all tasks related to SI book.
  • Develop teaching materials, participate in sharing and communicating HR policies, internal labour regulations, company culture.
  • Disciplinary issues
  • Handle employees disciplinary issues and provide guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.
  • Prepare related documents and be the focal point to work with State agencies to handle employee’s disputes, complaints when assigned.
  • Other tasks when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree: Priority for major related to Human Resources Management is a plus
  • At least 03 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Having knowledge of Labor Code, Insurance, PIT and other law and regulation relating to HR field: C&B
  • Good skill related to calculating Payroll, PIT, Insurance….
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment
  • High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
