•    Responsible for Recruitment Job and Orientation Training for new join employees: Bac Ninh office, Thai Nguyen office, VCM Warehouse, SEMV and SDIV Warehouse. 
•    As an HR Staff, employee should make sure all confidential information related to personnel as well as Company (including staff resume, personal information, salary, bonus, welfare, benefits… etc.) are strictly kept safety.


•    In charge of Recruitment job for office and Warehouse (Bac Ninh office, Thai Nguyen office, VCM Warehouse, SDIV and SEMV Warehouse).
•    Working with Head Hunters/ Executive Search Firm/ Recruitment Website… for searching, evaluating and regularly updating candidate sources, recruitment channels.
•    Follow up with other Groups to collect information for annual manpower planning.
•    Update Company’s organizational chart periodically, based on manpower demand from other Groups
•    Based on Group’s manpower plan, summarize recruitment needs and for annual recruitment plan, budget.
•    Support job analysis, prepare job descriptions for each position. 
•    Prepare job advertisement, post job advertisement on websites for recruitment.
•    Search candidates from agencies, candidate database or other recruitment websites. 
•    Collect candidate’s resume and screen resume for shortlisted candidates
•    Schedule and arrange for tests/ interviews with candidates
•    Participate in interviewing and evaluating candidates with other Group Leaders.
•    Prepare recruitment reports for qualified cases when request.
•    Explain benefit policies for successful candidates as well as guide them for recruitment required steps
•    Follow up with 3rd vendor for employee’s Academic Verification & Employment Verification.
•    Follow up with 3rd vendor for payment of Academic Verification & Employment Verification.
•    Guide candidates and make sure they submit enough necessary documents according to Company’s policy before joining date.
•    Guide candidates for pre-health check before joining Company
•    Well preparation to welcomes new employees on board
•    Preparation recruitment report when required 

•    Conduct Orientation Training for new join employees.
•    Guide new employees for Company’s policy and regulation.
•    Explanation to employees if they have any question on benefits, labour contract terms and condition.
•    Make sure new employees understand policy, regulation and signing on training record.


•    Co-operation and support in organizing GWP activities/ Staff activities (Team building, outing trip, year-end party, annual health check…) when required.
•    Support other colleagues in HR & GA Department when required
•    Other works as and when assigned by HR & GA Manager.


University Degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or relevant majors.

4~5 years working experience related to Recruitment/ Training job.
