RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Support for project registration
-Manage the agency's project registration
-Update project status on tool
-Complete all procedures before ordering
2.Support for Service
+Installed Base Manager: CRM management & System on SAP
+Coordinator :
-Support Execution Leaders ( Service & App team ) – Service Sales on daily work
-Tracking matter arising with Service requests from Customers (order status - quotation - service provided .... ): there will be a tool to support
-Receive the Leaders' Work Plan Sheet and upload it to the Planner system (Microsoft planning tool)
-Monitor Hot Sites & Pending Topics: to make a list of Hot Sites - Pending issues to note in Weekly & Bi-Weekly Meeting of Service Team
-Track Notifications on Reporting Tools (Tools built on Microsoft365 platform) to report to Customer Service Managers
-Keep track of Installation - Relocation projects (with support tools)
-Support tracking & transferring sparepart orders
3.Reporter :
-Perform image and data extraction on Reporting tools (Microsoft365): to prepare for Weekly & Bi-Weekly - Monthly Meeting
-Manage Internal & External Training plans
-Manage Business Car Booking tool: monitor status; Data extraction & coordination of work routes in Service & App teams
4.Supporter :
-Support Customer Service team members to contact Visa service providers, prepare relevant documents required by Visa-Vendors
-Contact vendors to support information & requests from experts, foreign partners who are in need to come to Vietnam
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Admin, Sales Support
- Experience of working in technical environment would be preferred
- To work independently with limited supervision
- Good working knowledge of MS_Office (Word / Excel)
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Good at English
