Job Description:
Project Cash-Flow Management
- Preparing monthly cash-flow basis project investment cost management report
- Monitoring the execution of the approved budget to assure that funds are properly allocated and spend in a timely and effective manner(Budget Control)
Land Use Fee Management:
- Monitoring land use fee calculation process with land use fee appraisal companies
- Analyzing land use fee calculation method and developing strategy for the land use fee calculation
Project Investment Process Management
- Support project financial funding structuring(e.g. bank loan, cooperate bond, foreign loan etc.)
- Cooperate with related consultants such as investment company, bank and legal companies
Business Administration
- Business administration and ad-hoc activities
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of practice in related industry (e.g. property developer, property consulting firm, accounting firm)
- Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, budget planning
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling (professional in Excel)
- Fluent in speaking and written English
- Bachelor degree in Financing, Real Estate, Architecture or other related subject matter
