Job Overview:

To demonstrate leadership in driving EFD sales in Vietnam through active partnership with channel partners and customer in sales, service and marketing efforts. This includes thorough pre- and post-sale customer support, sales and service training, product demonstrations, and application feasibility and testing.

Report to Regional Technical Support Manager (base in Malaysia)

Monthly base salary of USD950 to USD1,200/month + USD275/month car allowance + 16% target variable bonus


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Pre-Sales Support: Understand customer’s need and expectation. Work in partnership with channel sales team to demonstrate product capabilities and applicability to customer to meet their needs.
  2. Provide Post-Sales Support: Ensure successful implementation at customer location by remaining engaged. Provide problem diagnosis and assist in the elimination of start-up issues.
  3. Provide Technical Expertise: Act as the technical specialist to respond to inquiries regarding EFD products and their utilization in specific applications.
  4. Deliver Field Training: Train channel sales team’s skills in conducting simple demonstrations and customer tailored solutions.
  5. Deliver Presentations to Customers: Form an understanding of the account, prepare and deliver a highly tailor presentation / solution to establish EFD products as the premium solution to the customer’s business needs.
  6. Teamwork: Work closely with regional sales team, service team, product specialists, and other business units. Provide local support for planned customer event throughout the year. Give market intelligence to management on industry trends and business opportunities.


 Job Requirements:

  1. Degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
  2. 3 – 4 years of experience in engineering / technical sales will be an added advantage
  3. Keen to learn new things
  4. Responsible, confident, pleasant and customer-oriented
  5. Hardworking and trustworthy
  6. Able to work independently
  7. Good communication skills
  8. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  9. Willing to travel extensively (domestically)
