*JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for administrative activities in the operation team. Work with all relevant parties to ensure that the information is collected and data records are updated.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Administration
Supervise office cleaners and receptionist to ensure the standard of branch experience
Process Payment for office activities
Event organization
Maintain office supply stock
Collect, compile, disseminate and file office reports and statistics in a timely manner
Assist Manager in managing office assets and office maintenance
Logistic for events when required
Perform routine clerical duties including the maintenance courier, photocopying, faxing.
Support business when required
2 HR and Legal support
Prepare welcome kit for new starters
Logistics/schedule of induction/ Perm training program and others
Coordinate to get work permits, visa, business/operational licenses/ other legal documents
Support for On-board and Off-board process
Support Recruitment team when required
Translation
Other task as assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
Fluent English and having English certificate is an advantage
At least 01 year experience of office administration.
Very good customer service mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Solid MS office and Internet skills
