*JOB OVERVIEW
As an Assistant Manager, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Staffing & Outsourcing team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Head of Staffing & Outsourcing, North Vietnam.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively networking and identifying the business opportunities while making cold calls if necessary
Retain and develop database for business leads
Executing the request of Staffing Manager on promoting the digital/social tools for client attraction
Assisting Staffing Manager in working with Clients and Business Leads
Supporting recruitment manager/leader in communicating with Universities/Colleges
Leading the new set up project if required.
*REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields. Graduated from well-known Universities should be preferable.
At least three years of professional experience, in HR field. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
