Job description
Answering calls and providing product and service information in English on a professional manner
Responding any inquiries through email and social media in English
Handling and resolving any issues during calls and through emails
Company will provide training related to work assignment
Qualification
Fresh Graduates with Vocational or Bachelor Degree in any related field
Ability to speak professionally on the phones
Positive attitudes with service mind and good communication skill
Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday
Excellent in English and native in Vietnam (Tiếng Việt)
