Factory Director's Office

Degree requirement: Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical, electronic and engineering related majors)

Language requirement: Good at Chinese or (or) English

General requirement:

1. More than years of experience in the management and operation of large-scale factories in electronic foundry related industries

2. Experience in assembling Apple-branded tablets and mobile phones is preferred

Responsibility:

1. Assist the factory manager to effectively manage the factory to ensure the normal progress of various production activities

2. Responsible for coordinating the production, personnel management and daily administrative management of the whole plant to ensure the achievement of operational goals

3. Strictly implement company rules and regulations, and earnestly perform their work responsibilities

4. Organize the formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of production, equipment, safety, and environmental protection systems

5Coordinate customer relations and be responsible for the improvement plan of the factory

6. Maintain local government relations and enhance Company’s image
