ROLE PURPOSE
Manage, improve and enhance the quality of the work provided to customers for Client's Truck, to support the customer's productivity and extend the life of Client's Truck.
Support Quality in managing CKD kit Quality audit at arrival.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Assistance, Reporting, & Diagnostic
Handle customers queries and/or complaints, investigate the causes of complaints and resolve them promptly
Report to Client's Quality Dpt. any on-going product performance, durability or reliability problems ensuring that the issues are rapidly resolved with satisfaction of Client and of customers
Diagnostic and teleservice help desk
Support Customer to increase dealers’ technical skills and knowledge of the product
Join regular visits to service dealers and customers
Support Customer to inspect and audit CKD kit at arrival
Report to Client Quality CKD kit issues and defects by providing corrective action proposal
Support Customer to perform PDI prior units’ delivery from assembly plant
2. Review parts and Tools
Review parts requirements and make dealer place orders, as the maintenance operation requires.
Review of requisitions for tools, equipment and supplies required for day-to-day efficient operations in the field.
3. Coordination
Close cooperation with Commercial and Parts Departments
Coordination between the customer and service dealer and/or Client HQ.
REQUIREMENT
Tertiary qualifications in a mechanical related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a service technician
Experience in servicing machinery
Good Computer skill – MS Office & diagnostic tools
Good English skill would be advantageous.
