- Volume metrics (revenue, SSSG)
- Customer satisfaction scores (NPS, GSS)
- Innovation/ R&D budget control (actual vs. targets)
- Product quality (mystery shopping, customer intercepts)
- % of sales from new products
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in QSR/ café space
- Deep understanding of VN café consumers
- Experience managing new product development and innovation
