Integrated Management Department

Degree requirement: Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical, electronic and engineering related majors)

Language requirement: Good at Chinese or (or) English

General requirement:

1. More than 5 years of work experience in the administrative logistics of a large foreign-funded enterprise

2. Familiar with local laws and regulations

3. Familiar with government procedures and requirements

4. Able to communicate normally in Chinese or English

5. Working experience in the electronics industry is preferred

Responsibility:

1. Assist the Chinese factory director and manager to form a team to carry out administrative, logistics, EHS, and security related work;

2. Identify local laws and regulations, formulate company compliance management policies, and manage company qualification certificates;

3. The company's external work, coordination of the company's relationship with the government and enterprises, foreign cultural promotion, customer and government visits and reception;

4. Arrange daily meetings for factory directors, supervise execution and performance;

5. Formulate daily code of conduct and 5S management policy, daily supervision;

6. Purchase and management of Sanpin&Hardware&Accessories

7. Responsible for the relationship between various departments, arranging activities and publicity work;

8. The development and daily management of logistics resources such as canteens & dormitories & transportation, control costs, and improve internal employee satisfaction;

9. Manage the EHS team to ensure that fire protection and environmental facilities and daily operation and maintenance comply with government regulations, and continue to optimize the plan to reduce costs during daily operation and maintenance;

10. EHS related policy formulation, daily training to prevent accidents, accident handling and filing work;

11. Manage the security team to ensure the company's property safety, personal safety, and information safety; emergency handling and investigation work.
