Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and select the best forwarder according to the imported material information, arrange the transportation and track the progress;
• Review and prepare customs declaration documents after the goods arrive at the port, follow the customs declaration and handle the customs abnormalities;
• Apply for relevant documents before the import of machines, equipment and special materials  According to the requirements of Vietnam customs
• Arrangement of returned goods;
• Preparation arrangement and tracking of export materials;
• Collect and file all data (import and export data, customs declaration, waybill, etc.); (import and export data, customs declaration, waybills, etc.);
• Check bills
• Management of bonded materials
• Apply for bonded account in accordance with the requirements of Vietnam Customs;
• Material \ Finished Product \ BOM application change, etc .;
• Monitor daily incoming and outgoing data;
• Other Vietnamese customs requirements;
• Standardize the storage, import and export and use of bonded materials according to the requirements of Vietnam customs.

Job Requirement

• 3 years related work experience in logistics, and at least 1 year in logistics management;
• Having rich knowledge of logistics operation and management, and be familiar with bonded business and management of bonded account books. Be familiar with customs import and export process, relevant laws and regulations and policies
• Familiar with Office software, customs declaration and commodity inspection;
• Having good moral character, strong learning ability, the sense of responsibility, and teamwork awareness;
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
