*JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing Executive plays an important role in promoting corporate brand awareness and providing support to company’s business units projects with good content writing skills. Apart from content writing, he/she will take the role of a market researcher, together with Marketing & PR Team leader based in Hanoi, including and not limited to data collection, analysis and communications to BOD and colleagues. He/she will also support event running at big events co-organized with strategic corporate partners (MOLISA especially). This position proactively communicates the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to his/her direct line manger regarding required projects’ results.
*ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Writing
This position is required to possess good writing skills in both Vietnamese and English for corporate documents and global/local campaigns. This includes all content requirements including and not limited to ManpowerGroup whitepapers translation and localization, press release writing and/or localization, event scripts writing, research description, reports and questionnaires etc.
2. Market research
The successful applicant needs to possess good knowledge of market research and techniques, including competitors’ intelligence reports. He/she will proactively propose the idea and research framework, follow up with data collection and analysis, and finalize key findings from these researches.
3. Event support
This position is capable of proposing ideas, making proposals, organizing or coordinating events, e.g. Fund-raising, Career Days/Fairs at universities, HR workshops with our clients, corporate partners (MOLISA, VCCI, AmCham, EuroCham etc.).
4. PR support
This position is expected to support MKT & PR Team Leader in strengthening and developing relationship with media in the North, pitching PR stories and sending out press release or whitepapers to designated media outlets for successful PR pitching.
5. Admin and payment tasks to support Marketing & PR Manager
*REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR or a related field
2+ years of experience in PR & Marketing
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and market research techniques.
Multi-tasks capability
Good teamwork skill
Good presentation & negotiation skills
Experience & knowledge in HR industry
Willing to work at weekends sometimes
