1. Key responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the ingredients (NBR), chemicals and formulas / ingredients that make up Nitrile gloves to monitor the quality of raw materials
• Understanding of the manufacturing process, product quality according to American standards to operate the factory
• Maintain equipment in the factory in good working condition and troubleshoot to ensure production is not interrupted
• Conduct training courses and presentations to the team and related departments on nitrile glove manufacturing technique and process
