1. Key responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the Quality setup locally in Vietnam and Region of South East Asia, to ensure that the company´s corporate quality strategy and setup is aligned and implemented.
• Evaluate and develop the performance of the quality engineering team
• Report quality data/statistic to General Manager, Groups Quality Manager
• Perform Factory audits on the production set-up and capacity at suppliers
• Review failed inspection with factories and Quality Engineering Team to identify problems and implement CAP (corrective action plan) solving actions
• Oversee and optimize QC supervisor’s QC planning and use of resources and costs
• Drive supplier self-inspection set-up

• Experience and knowledge within Quality Assurance of furniture
• Preferrable experience within the in- or outdoor furniture industry.
• Fluently English in writing and speech 
• Skilled user of MS Office package and MS Dynamics 365
