MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer the phone and welcome guests to the office.
- Courier and postage: include incoming items, outgoing items and documents delivery by hands.
- Diligently take callers’ messages, ensure capturing all the details of the callers and pass it on to the intended recipient.
- Handle all incoming calls in bilingual i.e. Vietnamese and English, from internal and external.
- Book meeting room and related issues.
- Car & Air ticket arrangement for staff to take business trip.
- Maintenance office in the reception area:
• Keep the reception area in order.
• Keep, maintain, distribute stationary as requested; maintain office supplies by checking stock, stocking items.
• Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.
- Receive newspaper and distribute.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: At least high school level or intermediate colleges.
- Fluent in English, respond well to Asia, India voice.
- Good communication.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good looking, friendly, gentle.
- Phlegmatical and careful.
