*JOB OVERVIEW
The job holder shall take full responsibility for searching and selecting qualified candidates to fill vacancies at Manpower Vietnam. The job holder shall perform a variety of HR operational tasks including support training organization, support admin tasks.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. RECRUITMENT:
Candidate sourcing and management
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media
Initial interview all positions
Follow up all the requests to fulfil the vacancies
Use persuasive ability to sell the job (base on key skills) to the applicant, and the applicant to the client
Be involved in salary package negotiation, communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants
Conduct reference checks
Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty
Prepare recruitment reports as assigned.
Manage database and recruitment reports
2. HR GENERAL SERVICES:
Support Training Manager to organize training activities in HCM
Handle administrative tasks such as YEP, CSR….
Other tasks as assigned
*REQUIREMENTS
03+ years of experience in the headhunting industry (preferably as Recruitment Consultant)
Good inter- personal skill
Excellent English
Good communication, teamwork, presentation & negotiation skills
Pro-active, multi-tasks capability
Can do attitude
