Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.
Develop and manage distributors/partners within assigned region to increase market share in the target segments
Deliver product training for customers -channel partners and end-users;
Participate actively in knowledge exchange through global forums, CRM platform – SF.com,
case studies and customer visit reports.
Maintains total familiarity with market and product knowledge including market acceptance,
channel and competitive dynamics.
Increase sales primarily through direct contact thru channel partners;
Develops and manage distributors within assigned territory to increase company’s market
share in target industrial segments;

Professional Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering is preferred.
2-3 years relevant experience in product application or technical support
Mechanical engineering background and with field experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Drive.
Understanding of industry value chain including OEMs, EPCs, Distributors, MROs and End- Users
Personal Qualifications
Have a customer-centric mindset and act with sense of urgency
Strong in solving skills and engineering knowledge with good ethics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Cross-industry application experience.
Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time, ability to work independently.
Self-driven, energetic, have a strong concept of teamwork.
