Job Location: Hanoi/ Thanh Hoa
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and host guest, visitor
- Manage the daily agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Arrange logistics & travel reservations for delegation, accompanying when required
- Takes notes, provide and distributes transcription of meeting minutes
- Draft official letters & making document translation as required
- Make follow-ups to & coordinate with different departments, company, person any pending issues/ documents as requested
- Participate in circulation of all inward and outward correspondence of the Management in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Go for business trip upon request
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Educational Level: University Graduated
- Work Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position in foreign joint venture company
- Specialty/Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in English, Economics, Business Administration, Law is preferable
- Competencies:
- Excellent English skills for communication and for business;
- Good general knowledge about project/operation business environment;
- Good Microsoft Office skills: word, excel, power point presentation;
- Skill:
- Can pay careful attention and take action depending on the circumstances
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
- Work independently and organize complex clerical tasks
