Job Description
- Project Management:
- Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
- Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Client Service:
- Maintain and develop client relationships. Understand their marketing communications needs.
- Write project briefs that accurately capture client’s needs, objectives, and budget, and that give colleagues the information they need in order to do their best work.
- Ensure that the company’s work exceeds clients’ expectations.
- Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
- Manage client billing and collections.
- Production:
- Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Supervise and ensure quality of vendors and contractors’ deliverables
- KPI Management:
- Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
- Prepare client reports.
- New Business:
- Participate in company brainstorms and market research as needed.
- Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
Job Requirement
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, experience in digital marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement
- Ability to build up and develop subordinate (Account Executive(s))
- At least 03 years working in global communications/marketing/advertising agency.
- Good customer service attitude, good attention to details
- Excellent written English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 above). Korean would be an advantage but not required
- An innovative and creative personal style
- University degree in marketing, media & communications, foreign trade, foreign languages etc.
