1. Key responsibilities:
Support IT Front-end & Back-end of IT Manufacturing, IT Laboratory, IT Infrastructure in Departments

• Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & operation excellence for IT Infrastructure  including servers, workstations, DB, networking, printing, IT accessories, etc
• Perform quality IT coordination, service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management for IT infra topics at plant.
• Responsible for IT infra capacity planning, project management, IT asset & stock management, operational compliance, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services

Backup ISP - Information Security and Privacy Management for  Departments (as DSP, AIM - Authorization & Identity Management and LAC - Local Authorization Coordiator) for IT systems

• Manage IT accounts & permissions following data/ authorization concepts.
• Support ISP (Information Security and Privacy) compliance for Departments. Ensure quality ISP documentations & processes, perform quality ISP self-check and Audit for Departments.
• Coordinate ISP projects. Ensure ISP awareness for users via training/ communication

2. What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor degree. Major in IT
• Relevant professional certificates from Microsoft/ Cisco/ Oracle are good plus
• 3 to 5-year-experience in related scope of works: Windows server/ client administration, physical & virtual machines, networking, Info security, Oracle/ SQL DB administration, IT asset management.
• IT Security Awareness
• IT Infrastructure Administration, including Windows Server & Client OS, Networking, DB
• Good Documentation and experience on IT Processes following ITIL
• Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).
• Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers.
