1. Key responsibilities:
a. Category Management and Sourcing

• Lead development of category sourcing strategies and manage sourcing activities
• Be the key contributor to sourcing plan for categories of print and promotions, Point of sale material and Gifts and Premiums
• Participate in the negotiation process
• Develop and manage partnership with internal clients (for efficient cross-functional collaboration) and relationship with strategic suppliers
• Supports tactical sourcing team in proactive work with internal clients to identify, forecast and optimise demand and standardize specifications to maximize savings
• Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
• Ensure meeting of high ethical standards related to strategic sourcing process
• Provide category expertise to internal customers and support Business Development and Implementation activities for the assigned categories

b. Supplier Management

• Develop a supplier engagement strategy and monitor its execution
• Manage supplier evaluation, accreditation and qualification process
• Measure and manage supplier performance (delivery, environmental, quality, operational, audits and certification) including performance improvement warnings, penalties
• Engagement with suppliers to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in our operating model
• Ensure meeting of high ethical standards related to the management of the supply chain projects, identifying key improvement project to enhance collaboration and performance
• Stakeholder engagement and ensure that all parties are appropriately engaged and are providing the right level of input and/or support to the project
• Act as an escalation point and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in the supplier community

2. What distinguishes you:

• 15 - 18 years of all-around experience in successful management of supply chain projects
• Includes sourcing and purchasing, supplier onboarding, audits and quality inspections for promotion print, POSM and premiums
• Experiences of building strategies for procurement of promotional materials
• Experiences in usage of sourcing tools and proficient communication skills
• Precise and target oriented executioner, good communicator, and a team leader
• Fluent English level is required
• Preferable bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain or engineering
