- Manufacturing projects management: 3 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry. Minimum 10 years experience for factory project from design and construction phase in general.
- Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
- Minimum 5 years in construction management for factory project, F&B project in advance. Construction project size about 5mio USD, more involve in construction management
- Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Practical experience of construction site safety from participation in complex, major projects with tight timelines.
- Construction quality assurance/Quality control plan
- Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management
- Ability to understand and apply complex technical specifications, standards, and procedures
- Good knowledge of building structure and finishing work (Civil, Structure, Architect)
- Knowledge of basic electrical construction (basic conduit, supports, boxes)
- Knowledge of basic mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping)
- Knowledge of basic HVAC system
- Project management accreditation: Technical Instructions & Guidelines Management System ; Understanding of contracts, construction law and permitting requirements; certification
- Good understanding of building structure, Projects Management and Planning, Acad, MS Project;
- Good understanding on bidding process, Contract management.
- Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline: civil construction from reputed University
