TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE
Job responsibilities:
• Perform research, sourcing and recruiting using advanced techniques to identify passive talent.
• Actively seek and develop innovative and creative sourcing strategies as well as emerging technology and tools.
• Provide idea & solution to management on Talent pipeline, early career and conversion from apprentice to permanent employee as to ease the hiring time.
• Engage with local University / Technical College on fresh graduate internship program / campus recruitment.
Job requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in business administration.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, is an excellent organizer and communicator, and gives great attention to details.
• Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.
• Able to work independently or team, manage multiple.
