ROLE : Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager_Talent Acquisition
LOCATION : District 12
Role & Responsibilities:
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Propose and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
• Do salary market research
• Manage and participate in job fairs and career events
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Updating current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Requirement
• At least 4 years experience in recruitment and as least 01 year experience in management skill (Prefer candidate have experience in headhunt environment)
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Collaboration with colleagues and related departments.
• Plan, conduct, coordinates, and implements for recruitment effectively
• Good at English communication
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Experience in managing to performance targets desired
