*JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible in offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Assist Country Head in the daily running of the branch as well as lead and motivate the team to achieve their sales and service goals to increase financial target; branch OUP, branch GP, Team GP and Perm ROI, ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services. Assisting Operation Manager / Senior Operation Manager in planning and strategy execution establishing positive working relationships with branch staff and the community and provide recommendations in order to increase the productivity of the branch.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development
Existing business developed & retained
Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness
Conduct corporate sales & service presentations together with Country Head and Sales team.
Actively supporting the team related to rates and fees negotiation, close deals
Networking with clients, team and group networked branches.
2. Client Management
Analyzing client’s needs and come up with recommended solutions to increase customers’ satisfaction
Engage and implement Client Relationship Management including Customer service delivery models and Customer Satisfaction.
Market good candidates (KSS ) to existing clients
Interact with client, client Visits – build relationships and review branch performance.
Serve clients, identify their needs, get JOs
Oversee the process for candidate’s placement in order to close searches within the required timeframe.
Promote company’s image and services whilst sourcing for new clients
3. People Management & Team Building Up
Ensure and increase productivity on consultant and department
Give support to consultant as needed till task completion
Branch communication – encourage, respect and open communication
Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues.
Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members.
Evaluate consultants’ performance and identify training requirements
In conjunction with your Country Head to set quarterly targets and objectives.
Team Leading: Segregate the work among the team members & get the work done.
Motivate the team.
4. Administrator
Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Collect, tracking billings, verify invoices and follow up on overdue account.
Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.
Other Tasks As Assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS
4-5 years experienced in Recruitment Consultant
At least Bachelor Degree in related field
Professional in Microsoft Office operation
Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill
