- Work directly with the customer to understand customer requirements.
- Assisting customer in performing technical experiments.
- Monitoring and statistics on test production to make plans to improve quality and prevent errors.
- Error analysis and debugging problems on defective products.
- Develop procedures and tools for testing, validation of the equipment, cooperating with the developer.
- Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to the corresponding procedures.
- Participate in Route Cause Analysis when repetitive failure of products occurs, or failure under warranty.
- Assist and train the Technicians & Operators in troubleshooting and repairing returned products from the customers.
- Ensure accurate document, record and save test data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance.
- Coordinate test functions with other sections and functions.
- Perform other related duties as designed.
- Bachelor degree in electronics or equivalent degree and/or experience with at least an additional 2 years related to Test engineering experience.

- Understanding of and experience with industrial electrical equipment such as PLC, MCU, Electrical cabinet.
- Experience in testing ICT, FCT, FP, ATE, Hipot, Burn-In ...
- Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension). TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
