​*JOB OVERVIEW

In charge of account payable, payroll for associates of staffing services: Making payment to vendor on time. Booking all ledgers in Accounting software.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Account payable

• Checking all payment request and booking journal entries to accounting software (HN office)

• Make sure the supplier invoices: matched with applicable purchasing orders; matched with applicable receiving reports; reviewed for correctness·        

• Make sure all expense reimbursement requests are submitted properly, approved before payment.        

• Working with cash accountant to make sure all payment will be made on time.        

• Create new vendor in vendor master file and update in accounting software. Document vendors' information in master file

2. Payroll

• Checking payroll files (associates of staffing services) and link to accounting entries files.        

• Booking payroll entries to accounting software based on accounting entries files – staffing·        

• Reconcile payroll expenses – staffing         

• Reconcile SMUI costs 

3. Internal report

• Prepare the client P&L report for staffing services

• Reconcile client P&L file with payroll consultant 

4. Other General accounting        

• Booking all ledgers in accounting system

• Other duties assigned by Accounting Manager

*REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related fields

• At least 02 years of Accounting experience

• Good English
